I was charged for a missed appointment which wasn't true. I then called to state that I was at the appointment, and felt not believed by whoever took the call.
I was also told that the BT Openreach do not do work on weekends, when in fact the BT engineer stated that they do work weekends which was frustrating for this would have been more convenient for me working full time.
