A frustrating experience! I ordered some wall tiles expected to arrive in a week but didn't receive them until three weeks later. I called the service several times for the tracking number, which they sent two weeks after the order was placed. I ordered ten tiles, but only three were in the box, even though the invoice stated '10 pieces.' When I contacted the company again, they mentioned that the order would be shipped in separate packages and provided another tracking number. Living in NYC, I discovered that the package was delivered to California. Seriously, where are my tiles?
