Frustrated, I called several US outlets, but none offered assistance. Finally, I contacted a location in Rockville, Maryland, where I spoke with a design consultant named Natasha Dabetic. Her customer service was unparalleled—she was incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. I plan to reach out to the company soon to commend her efforts. We found these tiles online and knew we had to have them. We selected the Almond option to complement our unique wall and floor tiles, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. Although we ordered them in October and they arrived in December, the wait was certainly worthwhile. I would love to share photos of the finished look.
A frustrating experience! I ordered some wall tiles expected to arrive in a week but didn't receive them until three weeks later. I called the service several times for the tracking number, which they sent two weeks after the order was placed. I ordered ten tiles, but only three were in the box, even though the invoice stated '10 pieces.' When I contacted the company again, they mentioned that the order would be shipped in separate packages and provided another tracking number. Living in NYC, I discovered that the package was delivered to California. Seriously, where are my tiles?
We received exceptional assistance from a representative who was incredibly helpful and offered excellent recommendations for our bathroom suite. She understood our needs perfectly, was patient throughout the process, and helped us select a bathroom we are truly satisfied with.
Placing the order was straightforward, but I received no confirmation email or order number. After waiting a few days, I still hadn't received anything. I emailed and contacted the online orders team but am still waiting for a response. Despite several phone lines, I couldn't reach anyone except the accounts department. Over three weeks later, I still have no confirmation or collection date. I will not place any online orders with this company again due to their lack of professionalism and poor customer service.
The representative was very helpful, communicated clearly, and immediately understood the product we needed. His clear instructions regarding delivery dates and straightforward phone payment made my experience enjoyable.
