I emailed and contacted the online orders team but am still waiting for a response. Despite several phone lines, I couldn't reach anyone except the accounts department. Over three weeks later, I still have no confirmation or collection date. I will not place any online orders with this company again due to their lack of professionalism and poor customer service.
