I can't give even one star. I ordered two boxes on 12/3, and nothing was delivered. There was no customer service to reach out to, and I haven't received any packages. Living in the same state, this is completely unacceptable. My holiday gifts are gone, and Christmas is ruined. I reached out to the Better Business Bureau, but the company dismissed my claims. Now, I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others.
