My experience with this service has been quite unsatisfactory. Their marketing is impressive, but they fail to deliver on their promises. After my initial order, I waited over two months without any communication. I sought a refund, suspecting fraudulent activity. A few months later, I tried again and ordered three different packages (7/25), but as of 12/25, I've only received empty assurances. One box was acceptable, but I'm still waiting for the third box, which included a beauty box and a classic box. The beauty box contained two used items, two broken items, one expired item, and only three items that were new or sellable. The classic box also did not meet my expectations. This service demonstrates poor business practices and does not provide the value they advertise.

I ordered two boxes on October 27th for $63.92, expecting them by November 6th. I never received the boxes or any communication about delays. After a week, I sent multiple emails without a response. I tried calling and was repeatedly told they would ship soon, but nothing happened. I left voicemails for a refund, but no one acknowledged them. When I finally spoke to a manager, I was given various excuses for the delays. I requested a refund confirmation, but she couldn't promise anything and hung up.
This was my first and last order. The box contained only six items, and it was barely half full. The contents were disappointing, including a small bag of bows, a pair of shoes worth $30, some filler paper, a journal, a cheap sharpener, and picture frames. I paid $89, but got it on sale for $76. I even left a review on their site, but it seems to have vanished.
