I purchased two boxes from a local seller who sources pallets, but both were in poor condition. They contained opened, used, broken items, or pieces that were missing. After expressing my concerns on their website, I was informed that a representative would contact me. A couple of weeks later, I received a call from them, promising replacements. They provided tracking numbers, but over a week passed without any updates. When I inquired, I was told they were busy but would ship soon. A week later, the excuse changed to bad weather, with a promise to ship the following Monday. It's now been over a month, and the boxes are still unshipped, and the seller is unresponsive to my emails. I cannot recommend this service due to their poor customer support.
