Would not recommend going to Porsche in Leeds at all. After spending days trying to get a quote for a part to be supplied & fitted, i gave in. The staff are extremely rude and in any phonecall they transfer you at least 5 times. You are literally just sent round in circles with every member of staff fobbing you off and transferring you again. It is ridiculous. I decided to call a RPM Specialist Cars in Knaresborough instead. The difference is unbelievable. From the initial phonecall to diagnosis & repair, everything was outstanding. Their customer service is a breath of fresh air in comparison to Porsche. The staff are very polite & friendly and their Porsche knowledge is seriously impressive. It was definitely worth driving further out and i will only ever go there from now on.
