Would not recommend going to Porsche in Leeds at all. After spending days trying to get a quote for a part to be supplied & fitted, i gave in. The staff are extremely rude and in any phonecall they transfer you at least 5 times. You are literally just sent round in circles with every member of staff fobbing you off and transferring you again. It is ridiculous.
I decided to call a RPM Specialist Cars in Knaresborough instead. The difference is unbelievable. From the initial phonecall to diagnosis & repair, everything was outstanding. Their customer service is a breath of fresh air in comparison to Porsche. The staff are very polite & friendly and their Porsche knowledge is seriously impressive. It was definitely worth driving further out and i will only ever go there from now on.

Macan S MOT - Long Wait, Poor Customer Service

Having dealt with Porsche, Leeds for the past 9 years, I was very dissappointed with my last service experience.I had had a pre-booked customer wait MOT at the Porsche Centre, York on 29 December that co-insided with the first vehicle MOT due date so I arranged an earlier appointment at Leeds just in case any attention was needed by the due date.Sadly this this took much longer than anticipated and the vehicle was not moved from the customer parking area until well after an hour for a vehicle health check and then moved elsewhere to another JCT600 service facility for the MOT and eventually returned three and a half hours later.No real explanation was given at the time for the delays other than that the vehicle was in a queue and the personnel on the reception desks seemed unaware what was going on until pressed to make enquiries after long waits.I had emailed a formal complaint on 17 December but have received no response as yet, although a voice message was left the day after to say contact would be made the following week - nothing further!I contacted Porsche Centre, Leeds again to renew the vehicle warranty and breakdown cover but there was nobody available in service to do this at the time, whereas Porche Centre, York where able to deal with it efficiently straight away.I would have given this review 1 star, but increased it to 2* allowing for the disruption being caused in the early days of the major faciltiy upgrade taking place, however, customer service does need to be much improved in my experience.

Call into the ‘unknown’ !

I can’t give less than 1 star but the one star is for Julie on reception so polite professional and helpful passing a message on to call us. However I rang twice to Parts and it rang, rang and rang. I was told I would get a call back which never happened. This is my first experience after purchasing a Porsche so I called Sheffield instead and it was like night and day! Can’t speak highly enough of their service - Leeds have lost my custom.

Having used other Porsche centres in the past and not having a great service, I decided I wanted to try Porsche Leeds and I met Amari who went out of her way to make sure I received an excellent service. Her customer service skills is really impressive

Disappointing experience at the Leeds Branch

I recently brought my Porsche into the Leeds branch and, while the initial service seemed fine, my experience quickly deteriorated. I was offered a courtesy car—a very small Audi—despite requesting something more comparable in size to my Porsche 4x4, which I assumed would be covered under my warranty.When I raised this concern, the staff member assisting me (Amari) became noticeably dismissive and unprofessional, appearing frustrated and looking to colleagues as if I was causing a problem. When I called out this behavior, I noticed a manager observing and laughing, which made the situation even more uncomfortable.I want to acknowledge that the male staff were polite and helpful throughout the visit. However, the overall experience left me feeling disappointed and uncomfortable. Porsche has always been synonymous with professionalism, but this visit fell far short of that standard.Unfortunately, this experience has put me off returning to the Leeds branch. I hope Porsche takes note and ensures all staff uphold the high standards the brand is known for.

Excellent Friendly & helpful Service.From help when building the spec of my car to changes (prior to production) nothing's been too much trouble. The car was ready ahead of time & has been nothing short now amazing since. Thanks James & the rest of the team at Porsche Leeds
