My Porsche Macan GTS, broke down on the 14th March and was recovered by Porsche Assist to My local Porsche dealer in Leeds. This is where my problems start. The car has only just entered the workshop. over 2 weeks since it arrived at Leeds Porsche.I have called Leeds service dept twice each time I have been redirected to reception. Apparently! They have a new system, you cannot call the service department directly anymore. Then the lady from reception has to go and get a colleague from service, Mad! The automated system still gives you an option for the service dept? Then someone called me to ask why the centre console was dismantled. The AA man dismantled the console in order to get the car out of Park, so he could pull it onto his trailer. Surely this is obvious!. When I got to speak to someone from service, ( last week) they said they had been really busy and would get back to me. Didn't happen. Monday 31st I spoke to George from the service department. ( I had to ring them ) He said, the person who had been assigned my vehicle has now left the company and that the job hadn't been given to someone else until today and I still don't know what is wrong with it or when I can expect to get it back. This is not the service I expect from Porsche and I am very disappointed at the lack of communication and lack of knowledge at Leeds. Another day has passed with no update on my car. My courtesy car is a Base Macan. Now that would be fine for a couple of days, I am now going into my 3rd week without my own car.Unbelievably bad service.
