I bought a Porsche Cayenne S Coupe E-hybrid last March from the Leeds Porsche Centre In December it broke down three times in a week and was eventually transported to the Leeds Centre on the 13th of December.I was eventually contacted on the 22nd of January by their service centre (44 days after the original breakdown) to say that it needed a new HV battery that had now been ordered and it would take a few weeks to carry out the repairNow,13 weeks after the breakdown, I am still waitingThe car has only done 2700 miles , has been out of action for approximately a quarter of a year and the dealers refuse to replace it with a like for like vehicle.An absolutely disgraceful situation in my eyes.I asked them for a valuation in February to see if I could change the vehicle but they refused to give me a price. I have also asked for a copy of the fault diagnostic report on more than one occasion which they have still not provided which makes me wonder if there is more wrong than I am being told.After 3 months of depreciation, ongoing finance payments, tax and insurance for a vehicle I do not even have I feel they are not particularly concerned with my after sales situation They have loaned me a Macan which has enabled me to be mobile but is totally inadequate for my practical needs particularly over such a long period of timeA incredibly bad experience and still unresolved.
