Please do not use this platform. They are awful. I paid a significant amount for a Christmas bauble that I thought my sister-in-law would adore. The first one never came. After complaining, the second arrived and is extremely poorly made. I wouldn't pay a dollar for what I received. My first email was ignored, and in response to my second, they offered me a measly $2 or I could pay more to return it. Feeling insulted, they then offered $4 compensation. This feels like a scam. Don't fall into the same trap I did.
