I ordered a Smart Cocktail Maker Coaster from this company on 18th Dec 2025. The item has failed to be delivered despite many emails from me to them all I get is platitudes. The item last had tracking activity on 13 Jan, nothing since. They said they would send a replacement but I haven't received any despatch or tracking details.
I certainly won't recommend this company to anyone and am disappointed I can't give them zero stars, not happy at all
If you're considering ordering an ornament from this company, do it in February. I placed my order on November 6, and it just arrived in Spain today. I reside in the US, and it has taken a full month without even reaching the origin country. It won't be on my tree this year. Please do not use this platform. They are awful. I paid a significant amount for a Christmas bauble that I thought my sister-in-law would adore. The first one never came. After complaining, the second arrived and is extremely poorly made. I wouldn't pay a dollar for what I received. My first email was ignored, and in response to my second, they offered me a measly $2 or I could pay more to return it. Feeling insulted, they then offered $4 compensation. This feels like a scam. Don't fall into the same trap I did.
I ordered a themed advent calendar for my granddaughter at a high price of $38.50. When I opened the package on the 30th, I found a baseball-themed one instead. I contacted the support team, and they offered a $4 refund, which I rejected as it was useless to me since we don’t follow baseball here. They later offered $10, which I also refused. I've sent numerous emails, and I’ve never dealt with a worse service in my life. Customer support is nonexistent, and I recommend steering clear of them.
This is a fraudulent service. My item arrived two months late, was broken, and they refused to issue a refund. I was informed that returning it to China would be costly and offered a paltry $7 compensation, despite the item costing £26. Stay away and don’t order anything as they do not adhere to consumer rights.

Why isn’t there a zero-star option? This is an outright scam. I waited endlessly for an advent calendar.
