I ordered a themed advent calendar for my granddaughter at a high price of $38.50. When I opened the package on the 30th, I found a baseball-themed one instead. I contacted the support team, and they offered a $4 refund, which I rejected as it was useless to me since we don’t follow baseball here. They later offered $10, which I also refused. I've sent numerous emails, and I’ve never dealt with a worse service in my life. Customer support is nonexistent, and I recommend steering clear of them.
