Why isn’t there a zero-star option? This is an outright scam. I waited endlessly for an advent calendar. When I received nothing, I started contacting the service, and they sent me a cheap item that bore no resemblance to what I ordered. This company is a disgrace, and I strongly recommend avoiding them. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. That's a lesson learned.
