I ordered a Smart Cocktail Maker Coaster from this company on 18th Dec 2025. The item has failed to be delivered despite many emails from me to them all I get is platitudes. The item last had tracking activity on 13 Jan, nothing since. They said they would send a replacement but I haven't received any despatch or tracking details.
I certainly won't recommend this company to anyone and am disappointed I can't give them zero stars, not happy at all
