It was really hard to contact with the driver. After the driver assigned, I messaged him three times to ask when he will come to the collection point, no answer at all. I finally could talk to him in the afternoon a day before (i had to call him). The collection was 8am, so it was really frustrating not knowing the schedule a day before, and make it extremely hard to schedule things with the seller.
Also he showed up half an hour late, and he informed this delay after the collection time. I wouldn't use the service again, given that you can get better arrangement and real time tracking with the other service providers.

Update: No? the driver was assigned Saturday 10:20 am. I waited him to contact me, but that didn't happen, so I messaged him 19:00 that day. No reply. Sent another message at 11:37 Sunday, no reply. Ended up calling him at 15:18 Sunday to discuss the collection next day morning. I wonder when he would reach out to me if I didn't call him. And he could have message me when he is running late? Porta advertised the service as a great courier when you have FB marketplace deal, but the seller had to wait at his place without any notice.

I wasn't expect the delivery should be asap, I just wanted to confirm the delivey time so that I can stay home and get the furniture. And yes, it was delivered within the timeframe, i have no problem with that. That is why i gave you three stars at least. But it was clear that the communication is really poor and it was really frustrating for me. That's the fact.
I can see that you try to defend your company by invalidating customers feedbacks (i can see that in other comments too), but this will not make your business better. I tried multiple couriers in this country, for moving and also for second hand furniture buy, but this was the most horrible customer service and I would never use your service again.
