Exceptional service. Let down at the last minute by DHL saw this company recommended online and received a very competitive quote. I was returning a powered wheelchair that did not meet expectations. The parcel was bulky, heavy and awkward. Excellent communication from Porta via text message. The driver Darren arrived promptly at my property when arranged, took the package and continued for 2 hours to Wakefield, on a Sunday. When he arrived the instructions I had received and passed on were incorrect. We could not raise the recipient, even though they had said they were open from 9-5. Speaking with Darren (lovely guy) we agreed to keep the package on his van, even though he was going into London, and try again on Monday. When it was finally delivered. Rare these days to see such tenacity and genuine great customer service. Thanks to everyone involved for a job well done.
