I had a job that needed careful moving of vintage loudspeakers between two, relatively out-of-the way places on different sides of the country. Not an urgent job, I could be flexible with dates and take advantage of a very competitively priced service. Would be 5 stars but for the first driver-partner's relative unresponsiveness, who eventually dropped the job late in the day. The help I got from customer service was fast and effective. A second driver was found who communicated his progress well. In the end my items were delivered cheerfully at night with less than 3 hours remaining of my 3 week delivery window! But the job was done within my constraints.
