Got an email advising the company now ships to other countries(I’m in Australia) ordered the debut collection set. Paid all costs needed for international shipping, got notification a few days later advising it was being shipped. Few days later got notified the order would be shipped back to company as it didn’t meet required permits for international shipping. Emailed asking what would happening, told me that it will be fixed and will get notified with new shipping advice in the next 2 days. Just over a week later heard nothing so emailed asking for updates, advised if order hadn’t been sent I’d like a full refund. Within a few hours of sending the email got a response advising refund will be given. If they can’t send or forget to send orders they need to admit to their mistakes and accept responsibility.
