I bought the Crybaby perfume and it was working the first few times, but then the nozzle wouldn't press down and I tried many ways to fix it. Having had no luck, I contacted the company and they said they would not replace or refund the item. I even offered to send back the perfume, which is pretty much full, but they wouldn't do anything. I paid a lot of money for the perfume (almost £200 after the shipping and taxes were added on). I love the perfume but cannot use it as the lid doesn't come off and it no longer sprays. No Paypal option either, which guarantees no refunds if something goes wrong.

Terrible and overpriced! they sent me a broken perfume last summer and they were supposed to send me a replacement but they’ve never done it yet. i texted them MANY TIMES. from different accounts and nothing. they just keep ignoring me. and even worse part is that is happened to me once again few days ago! please be careful.
Purchased crybaby for my daughters Christmas! Arrived with a damaged box, emailed customer services repeatedly - no reply! Wrapped it up & gave it to my daughter for Christmas to find on the day - THE BOTTLE WAS EMPTY! Obviously she was very distraught & threw it in the bin!!!Absolutely disgusting - I will never buy from them again - will be reporting to the relevant people too.SCAMMERS! Almost £200 I've been conned out of. DISGUSTING.
Ordered the crybaby perfume as a preorder on the 4th of August. The expected shipping time was later September. They then delayed the shipping time to October. Then people in the US all got their perfumes immediately without any proper tracking. Now in the UK we are STILL waiting on our perfumes and in that time they've already restocked the perfumes!?. Then I emailed them on the 17th and got a copy and paste email about customs same as everyone else. I emailed again on the 28th and got the SAME copy and paste email as before about customs. I asked for a tracking number and was dismissed as all I want is some sorta communication or clarity that my order is being taken care of. The customer quality is SHOCKING. This company does not actually care for their customers. I doubt I will be buying from this company again any time soon as they lack proper communication and don't seem to care that people have been waiting 3 months for a £200 perfume.
why does your support team doesn’t answer any messages on your support mail? people who preordered the crybaby perfume outside the us are STILL WAITING, it keeps getting delayed and all the us crybabies are getting their perfumes. You even opened preorders on luckyscent for the crybaby perfume, which should be shipped beginning of November (said on the website). before you started ignoring customer messages you told everyone the same message, to wait because you don’t have an excact date. Really? Is that what people who ordered an 150€+ perfume get? Absolute disappointed in your shop
Got an email advising the company now ships to other countries(I’m in Australia) ordered the debut collection set. Paid all costs needed for international shipping, got notification a few days later advising it was being shipped. Few days later got notified the order would be shipped back to company as it didn’t meet required permits for international shipping. Emailed asking what would happening, told me that it will be fixed and will get notified with new shipping advice in the next 2 days. Just over a week later heard nothing so emailed asking for updates, advised if order hadn’t been sent I’d like a full refund. Within a few hours of sending the email got a response advising refund will be given. If they can’t send or forget to send orders they need to admit to their mistakes and accept responsibility.
If you are from Ireland.Be careful, I ordered a bag paid 102 including 23 ups shipping fee! & have been informed by ups I have to pay another 39.60 import fees. I am devastated for a bag worth 80 euro. Never once was I warned off this, & due to this I still have not received my package, because I wasn't home & cudnt pay the fees I was not aware off. Never again
