This company has an issue of mine on their desks-I have made myself clear, their issue involved fraudulent charges, what they do when this is formally disputed is send a copy of the totaled statement page, an amount I knew they were trying to collect-but most if not all fraudulent charges-I asked for an itemization, they sent, yet again, another copy of a one page total due, and the credit agency Equifax accepts this as "proof" of illegitimate debts. In today's climate, a company like this needs to be disbanded-they accept anyone's debt for any reason and plague them harass them, and brutalize their credit history, in my case his is the only negative entry. We are in Los Angeles, where, for many months everything's been pretty much closed down-our courts, backlogged for years to come-but nonetheless my intention is to bring suit, and make it stick-I would also appreciate others' opinions, and intend to pursue this regardless of what they do with a debt that isn't my own-Stay Well All...
