Buyer protection is misleading

When you buy something through the platform, a 'buyer's protection' fee is automatically included in the price. Despite this, the platform refuses to assist with the reimbursement for an item that arrived damaged, even when paid through a secure method. They force you to contact the payment service instead, despite the paid protection. This feels like a scam.
