Once again I lucked out in getting…

Once again I lucked out in getting another excellent representative in Katie (Katy?) when I called in on the Nassau Re line for claims. I didn't understand why I needed to send the originals back to you all. In addition, I had noticed that my policy, also quite old, was in my name without my first name (now required by Medicare/Humana). She will be sending me a name change form & separate paper work to get my beneficiary revised to remove my now deceased husband's name and put our daughter's name as primary beneficiary dated 1 day after my name revision date. In addition, Katie said I should mail these items separately from all the paperwork and original policies which Matthew had with me as primary beneficiary and our daughter as secondary. Katie made the answers to all my questions perfectly clear and made them make perfect sense with kindness and patience. Such a pleasant voice: a great Nassau Re representative. Ezzie Carlotta B.
