Serious complaints about black mould have been overlooked for over two years. The mould first appeared in November 2023, initially spreading in the kitchen. Despite promptly reporting it, no action was taken. Our rent was later increased without addressing this issue, even after we agreed to the increase on the condition that the mould would be resolved. Fast forward to November 2025, and the situation has worsened significantly, with mould now in every room except one. The kitchen has severe mould on the ceiling. I have been emailing persistently with little response. Two specialists who visited in November were shocked by the condition, yet nothing has changed. I’ve indicated my willingness to involve authorities, but even this has not prompted action. Communication has been poor, with staff often out of the office and calls going unanswered. If you’re considering this agency for housing, think carefully. Their communication is lacking, and their response to tenant welfare is even worse. The only positive experience was with the letting agent who showed us the property.
