I have ordered two paintings the first one last November was perfect very nicely packaged for Shipping recd in perfect condition The second portrait I ordered was terrible. The eyes were not to my liking and you didnt listen when I said I wanted her right eye fixed. The lid is drooping. It arrived with the box torn apart and was actually packaged terrible. The frame was broken and not attached to the portrait. You had to send me a new frame and didnt include the hardware to attach the picture. I would not order from PortraitFlip again
