My portrait is a wedding gift and I was anxious about some details - not only were the emails reassuring but I was able to chat at ANY time of day and get a response. And I was chatting with a real person not a chat bot. Amazing. I hope the pencil portrait I receive is the same quality as my buying experience. Update! I received my pencil portrait and it’s great! It’s going to make a wonderful wedding gift. PortraitFlip support indicated that I should not frame it with a glass cover so I’ll be sure to heed their advice. A note to those who are looking to frame a portrait – don’t go to Michaels! Terrible service. I’m going to a local portrait framer and hopefully I’ll be able to do the work done by PortraitFlip justice.
