This company is disgusting I have nothing good to say about them . They are not an American company , they are in Shenzen in China . Yes they accept returns but the cost of tracked postage is more than you paid for the item . After weeks of emailing , PayPal finally won the case for me and I received a refund . Beware that you are shopping in the correct currency as they don’t show you the currency in your order or trolley ! Not even at checkout , so it’s a surprise when you $5AU item ends up costing $21US
