I had a similar experience to others. I feel cheated and scammed regarding the lighted Christmas trees. What I received was just cheap plastic. I've disputed the charge with my credit card provider. This feels like fraud.
I ordered a set of 5 light-up Christmas trees. They appeared beautiful and were advertised as much larger than what I received. This product is overpriced for its small size. I was excited to gift them, but now I'm embarrassed. AVOID WASTING YOUR MONEY. I could have bought similar items for $1.25 each elsewhere.
One star because I can't give zero stars. This is the worst purchase I have ever made. I bought two sets of glass Christmas trees with lights, and they are only 6 inches tall and made of plastic. They look very unattractive. I spent over $50 on something that probably wouldn’t even sell at a discount store. Lesson learned.
I ordered light trees through social media. They charged my card more than the total amount. I contacted them and they corrected the charge, but it took a long time for the items to arrive. Then I got a notification that the item couldn't be delivered due to a fraudulent label. I emailed them but have yet to receive a solution. Do not order from here.
It has been over a month since I ordered these Christmas trees and I'm still waiting. The company said the original tracking number was incorrect. I got a new tracking number, and it shows my 'glass trees' cleared customs today. After reading all these negative reviews, I realize I was scammed as well. An expensive lesson learned. Avoid buying through social media; recourse is minimal.
I received a small box containing 5 PLASTIC trees, all the same size! They are neither glass nor silver, and definitely not the right size! It's quite disappointing. I'm trying to figure out how to share images of what I ordered versus what I received!
What a scam! The item I received was cheap plastic and not at all like the advertisement! If the company is legitimate, they need to stop sourcing this product from elsewhere and refund the clients who were scammed (which seems to be many). Also, my receipt showed $51.78, but my credit card was charged $67.31! Please explain that!
This is a fraudulent advertisement and website. The product is nothing like what was shown on social media. Initially, I was charged $9.99 more than the total in my cart. I filed a complaint and received a refund for the overcharge. There was no tracking for a long time, and when I inquired, they said they would check with the shipping company. The item arrived after more than a month, in a small box containing 5 small plastic trees with fairy lights. No large, beautiful trees as advertised. I sent an angry email and they offered me $3 as compensation. NO WAY! I replied no. They are scammers. Their latest response was, 'We apologize for your dissatisfaction. Our departments have confirmed the accuracy of the products sent to you. You will need to return the goods to our warehouse, but shipping costs will be high. Can we increase the compensation to $5 instead?' SCAM! I disputed it with my bank. They are taking money from people.
