Ordered Car mobile holder "Clamp M3". The product delivered was defective - the clamps which hold the phone were not closing. The quality of the product is very poor, especially of the clamps holding the phone are very flimsy. I opened a complaint within minutes of opening the package and also sent them a photo of the issue. A day or so later, they ask me for the invoice copy - when they have my phone # and email, then can't they pull the invoice themselves? Then after a day or so, they ask me to send the video of the issue. The photo is clearly attached to the complaint and they still want the video. Then after a day or so, they mention that they will arrange for a pickup. Why don't they ship the replacement and pickup the defective item while delivery? No - they want to make it as difficult for the customer as possible and don't want to make any amends of their lack of quality control. Its been 2 weeks since I ordered and paid for it but still I don't have a working product with me! They really need to improve their service/support and take responsibility for their issue. Customer service commitment is completely lacking. Also, I submitted two reviews of the product on their website (product page) but I guess they just want to include positive reviews and none of negative reviews as my reviews never showed up on that page!
