Very disappointing experience with Portronics customer support.
I ordered Portronics products and received a parcel that was clearly **tampered and in transparent packaging**, and one of the items was **missing from the package**. I immediately raised a complaint with **Ticket ID: 1059413** and shared a **continuous parcel opening video** as requested by their support team.
Despite providing clear evidence, the support team refused to help and simply stated that since the parcel was accepted at the time of delivery, they cannot assist further. This response is completely unfair because the tampered condition of the parcel clearly indicates that the issue happened before it reached me.
As a customer, I trusted the Portronics brand, but this experience has been extremely disappointing. Instead of taking responsibility or helping resolve the issue, the company chose to deny support even after reviewing the proof.
I hope Portronics reviews this case seriously and resolves the issue properly. Otherwise, I will be forced to escalate this matter through consumer forums.
Buyers, please be careful and make sure to record the parcel opening if you order from them.

purchase Bluetooth neckband but not working day first.after complaining they will pick and replace but never done pick till 1 month and after given me address for courier faulty product. faulty product also received by them but still they are not replacing after 1.5 month...Strongly recommend that NOT TO BUY ANY PORTRONICS PRODUCT.
Ordered Car mobile holder "Clamp M3". The product delivered was defective - the clamps which hold the phone were not closing. The quality of the product is very poor, especially of the clamps holding the phone are very flimsy. I opened a complaint within minutes of opening the package and also sent them a photo of the issue. A day or so later, they ask me for the invoice copy - when they have my phone # and email, then can't they pull the invoice themselves? Then after a day or so, they ask me to send the video of the issue. The photo is clearly attached to the complaint and they still want the video. Then after a day or so, they mention that they will arrange for a pickup. Why don't they ship the replacement and pickup the defective item while delivery? No - they want to make it as difficult for the customer as possible and don't want to make any amends of their lack of quality control. Its been 2 weeks since I ordered and paid for it but still I don't have a working product with me! They really need to improve their service/support and take responsibility for their issue. Customer service commitment is completely lacking. Also, I submitted two reviews of the product on their website (product page) but I guess they just want to include positive reviews and none of negative reviews as my reviews never showed up on that page!
On 18 Jun 25, I bought a Powerplate Extension Board from Portronics,?through Amazon.Order number407-3578481-9682747. It was defective so I sought a replacement. Even that was defective so I returned that too. The remarkable thing is that these two transactions took more than 2 months. I kept the replacement only for a day. All other delay is directly attributed to Portronics..They just sleep over it. Pleadings fall on deaf ears.Amazon, which made money on the deal, allows them to do so. They make sure that I am not able to even contact them. Two big companies- Portronics and Amazon - both useless.
I ordered a cable directly from Portronics’ official website, expecting quality — but what I received was a completely defective, FAKE-like product.The cable is missing 1 PIN (only 7 instead of 8), which causes my iPhone to show a “Liquid Detected” warning and it doesn’t charge at all. This is a clear manufacturing defect.I shared a video proof with their team not once but TWICE — and after that, their customer support team went completely silent. No refund. No pickup. No solution.It’s shocking that a company like Portronics is delivering faulty products and ignoring customers after taking their money. Is this how a reputed brand behaves?I’m now preparing to:• File an official consumer court complaint under the Consumer Protection Act• Report this incident to the Department of Consumer Affairs• Post this experience across public platforms and social media to warn other buyersIf Portronics thinks it can sell defective products and then run away from accountability — I will make sure this scam is exposed.Shame on Portronics. This stupid speaker has the most ok to bad audio quality and yet you have the nerve to have it programmed to say low battery every minute and a half I tested it why the hell are you telling me low on power when it runs for another 15 minutes to a half hour terrible speaker would never buy from this company actually stay absolutely away and just buy something that 30 bucks more it’ll be well worth it
I have never seen this level of incompetence from a company that considers itself professional. If you order a product on their website good luck getting it sooner. As it takes them more than just a few days before they even dispatch. The product will finally arrive after three or four weeks. And am not exaggerating, it happened to first time then I thought It's only time thing. Oh Lord, I was completely wrong. Second time same problem. In these two separate orders customer service unreachable, unprofessional, they don't what to do. They just you tracking number you already have access to. Like, no shit sherlock I already have that. NEVER AGAIN NEEEVAAAA ORDERING FROM THESE CLOWNS
Hi Everyone, I am writing this to express my deep frustration with Portronics and their Sound slick bluetooth speaker. I purchased this product expecting quality, but it has been a complete letdown.Not only did the speaker fail to meet expectations, but the customer support has been incredibly irresponsible. I have tried reaching out to resolve the issues, but the responses have been vague, delayed, and utterly unhelpful. It is clear that they do not value their customers once a sale is made.I strongly advise potential buyers to think twice before choosing Portronics. A product is only as good as the support behind it, and in this case, both are failing. Very disappointed.
