We took their most popular fly and drive trip. We had a problem as we couldn't get our plane in Chicago. Had to reroute. The people at the travel agency were wonderful. Rearranged our pickup etc. The trip went well after that. Lodging was great. Suggestions on what to see and do were spot on. Overall had a wonderful trip thanks to our travel agency.
