This has been the worst experience! I tracked my parcel meant for a Christmas gift, and it showed a failed delivery attempt. When I contacted the support team, their response shocked me. They suggested that my friend, the recipient, contact the local courier because they had handed over the parcel without any reference number. I was left confused about why I needed this information and alarmed that my parcel was passed on without my consent. Now, I'm left without a solution and worried about my parcel that was sent weeks ago. I should have chosen a different service provider to avoid this hassle.
