Worst postal service, I won't buy anything if the seller using Pos Malaysia service. The tracking status show the item is out for delivery for 2 days but still unable to deliver. I have to call them to stop attempt to deliver the item and I will go to collect myself.
The customer service is also the worst I ever faced. Need to lodge in a compliant but took me half an hour also unable to address my problem.
Their website also do not have any proper channel for customer to lodge complaint or feedback.

Extremely disappointed with the service.

I would rate this service even lower if I could. The customer support was very poor. I spent nearly 2 hours in an online chat repeating my issue, only for them to abruptly end the conversation when their working hours were over. They denied my refund request and provided irrelevant responses that had nothing to do with my transaction. It was a complete waste of time trying to reach out for assistance. I strongly advise against using this service.

Incredibly frustrating experience!

This has been an exasperating experience! I checked the status of my parcel meant for a Christmas gift, and it indicated a failed delivery attempt. When I sought help from support, I was told to have the recipient contact the local courier because they had handed over the parcel without providing a reference number. I was left confused about why I needed this information, and it was concerning that my parcel was passed on without my approval. Now, I'm uncertain about the status of my parcel sent weeks ago, intended to arrive before Christmas. I regret not choosing a different provider, as this has been a significant headache. It's no wonder this company is losing its competitive edge against others.

Terrible customer experience.

This has been the worst experience! I tracked my parcel meant for a Christmas gift, and it showed a failed delivery attempt. When I contacted the support team, their response shocked me. They suggested that my friend, the recipient, contact the local courier because they had handed over the parcel without any reference number. I was left confused about why I needed this information and alarmed that my parcel was passed on without my consent. Now, I'm left without a solution and worried about my parcel that was sent weeks ago. I should have chosen a different service provider to avoid this hassle.

Avoid this service at all costs.

I will never use this service again. An item has been stuck for 6 days without delivery from one city to another. I deeply regret choosing this option!

Unethical practices by the courier.

The courier exhibited poor ethics, asking for a fee upon package arrival and failing to communicate delivery times. I had a negative experience with a courier who demonstrated unacceptable behavior.

Unpleasant delivery experience.

The driver was rude and insisted that customers pay only with QR codes, despite my order being placed as cash on delivery. The delivery process was consistently delayed.

Consistently disappointing service.

This service has been consistently awful. Having visited the region since 1978, I know no one who views this postal service as competent. Sending packages internationally has always been a challenge.

Extremely slow international mail service.

This is the worst option for international mail. They are incredibly slow, and their customer service is unacceptable. Their website lacks essential information about parcel status, and the user experience is frustrating. I wish I had known the service would be this poor before the seller shipped my order.
