This has been an exasperating experience! I checked the status of my parcel meant for a Christmas gift, and it indicated a failed delivery attempt. When I sought help from support, I was told to have the recipient contact the local courier because they had handed over the parcel without providing a reference number. I was left confused about why I needed this information, and it was concerning that my parcel was passed on without my approval. Now, I'm uncertain about the status of my parcel sent weeks ago, intended to arrive before Christmas. I regret not choosing a different provider, as this has been a significant headache. It's no wonder this company is losing its competitive edge against others.
