Ah man, I so want to be able to support these small start-up businesses run and set up by young entrepreneurs by sharing and celebrating the craftsmanship of the clothing as well as the whole process of purchasing, ordering, delivery and customer service. I am well versed in understanding the challenges that occur and arise in the production and shipping processes - and am particularly forgiving and supportive to small business as they navigate through this. However, Poser London have fallen way short, and appear to be out of their depth when it comes to effectively managing all the aspects of providing a product to their customers and upholding a sense of confidence in their brand from their customer, particularly since they exhibit such confidence in themselves and their brand. I placed 2 orders back on the 29th and 30th November 2024. A caveat of a possible 2-3 week delivery time was communicated when I placed the order, I could deal with that. Yet despite several attempts to establish the whereabouts of my orders, in both email and through instagram, I have been ignored (today is the 2nd Jan), and I am still waiting for the orders to arrive. On 30th December 2024 - I received an amateur, insincere, generic and extremely poorly written email from Poser London blaming postal couriers for the delay, which also stated that their 2nd instagram (isdatposer) would provide updates. Bad move Poser, there’s nothing on there that shares any information on the outstanding deliveries. As far as I can tell at this moment in time, these posers (or this poser) is robbing people of their money whist sharing pictures of himself posing in front of fast cars, not a good look.
