I purchased joggers a year back from the official site linked on their social media and mistakenly entered the wrong address. After emailing them, they informed me that I would need to place a new order and only pay for shipping. I attempted to reorder, but the system wouldn’t allow it. For an entire year, I have sent multiple emails about my order, but I have received no response.
I am very disappointed with this brand. I bought a pair of joggers for my son that turned out to be much larger than expected. I emailed for exchange instructions, and although I received a response, after returning the joggers with a request for a refund, I have not heard back despite numerous emails. This is not how a legitimate business should operate. If I don’t receive a response by the specified date, I will consider legal action.
This is my fourth purchase from this brand, and I am thrilled with my order once again. I've bought various items for family members, and the quality is excellent with generally prompt delivery. My latest purchase of joggers and a matching hoodie for my nephew was a huge success—soft, comfortable, and easy to wear. Just a heads-up about fake sites posing as the brand, which often have misleading URLs. The official brand has a social media link to their legitimate website.
There appear to be multiple URLs associated with this brand. I ordered from a site and never received an order confirmation. My emails bounced back, and the contact address listed is a virtual office. I've been informed I must wait 30 days before reporting this as fraudulent to my credit card company. Avoid making purchases here.
I was forced to give 1 star, but it truly deserves none. I placed an order and paid £60 on August 4, received one confirmation email, and then nothing. I followed up many times with no replies. Eventually, my order status changed to 'Fulfilled,' yet nothing arrived. Every email I've sent has been ignored. I wish I had checked reviews before ordering. Total scammers.
Do not dismiss the negative reviews! I went ahead with a purchase despite the warnings and lost £53 with no item arriving two weeks later. I've reached out through various channels but received no response. I would give zero stars if I could; they are complete scammers!
