I have been waiting on a winning withdrawal from them for 5 months. They owe me over $10,000. I have contacted the customer service representative department almost every other day for the past 2 months and I'm told the same thing every time. "$2500 Your withdrawal has been approved and you should have it within 24 to 72 hours". And. Nothing comes. At this rate to get my total withdrawal it will take 4 years.
