On the 12th of March I withdrew $1447. I deposited with a card. So the only way to withdrawal is through a wire transfer. I sent in my banking info. Mind you I've done the same thing a year ago with this casino and everything was fine. This time though they told me my bank account wasn't compliant with what they need to deposit my winnings. I was confused and asked why they said that my large withdrawal may flag my bank. Then today I get another email stating that my payment method was missing. Which makes no sense because the last payment you used on they're site is shown. with the first and last four digits. Now they've sent back my withdrawal to my casino account. I feel no matter what bank account i show them they are going I deny because they don't want to pay me.

Had gotten a message for bonus using bitcoin, payouts are faster than any other method. Oh no, same 7 to 10 day for approval and 7 to 10 days to release then however long it takes the third party. So I told them that is false advertising that is exactly what they say whether wire or check. Then I was told I knew the terms and conditions when I signed up, and I told them, "LIKE I SAID FALSE ADVERTISING, BITCOIN TAKES EXACTLY SAME AMIUNT OF TIME!" so of course I still have probably another month before I get my "super fast bitcoin withdrawal",by the way I put a with drywall in on August 26.
I wont 40,000.00 in DECEMBER and here it is MAY and I have STILL not gotten all of the payments. They will only send it 2500.00 at a time and THEN they take a FEE out of each payment. And while I am waiting, I am not eligible for any deposit bonuses or anything either!
Hey I noticed there was a terrible review on here, but I just have to say, that isn't what I've seen, I've been paid out for my winnings multiple times, it takes sometimes 3-5 weeks for the whole process, but I've never won more on any other casino site, the customer service is phenomenal, every time, the rules are up front, if you don't understand, ask, they are happy to help. I have used this online casino for years. It's fantastic when you look at every other to compare it to, and I play on all those sites too, they are nothing in comparison. Oh and a free chip every month, with random coupons pretty consistently. I put today's date, but for years the service has been consistently wonderful. I cannot believe the review I saw when I got on here, seriously.
They say that they want proof of citizenship ship I’ve sent if all even sent my personal social security number and yet they said that wasn’t enough that is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard they will find every excuse and still at the end they don’t pay. Believe me it’s not worth the time nore the your money don’t fall for it or second guess it’s fact and reviews about them are true they should get blacklisted
