Absolutely terrible! Both the chain and pendant were defective! I'm very disappointed and won't be ordering again. Be cautious when purchasing; the first chain arrived tangled, and when I tried to attach the pendant to the replacement chain for my mother's gift, it wasn’t properly soldered and kept falling off. It was embarrassing when it fell into her Christmas dinner!
