While I appreciate the fast shipping, the necklace isn't worth the £150 I spent. The birthstones are so tiny that they’re barely visible without glasses and good lighting. The customer service employee was kind, but the outcome was disappointing. I requested a refund upon returning the necklace, but I was denied because the size of the stones was 'clearly' shown in the listing. Overall, I'm quite disappointed in the necklace and the refund process. I wouldn't suggest this store for purchasing items with birthstones.
