Ordered a personalised floral locket, product arrived in great condition. Unfortunately, I was slightly heavy handed and damaged the hinge, meaning the locket wouldn’t properly close. I put the question across to them if they could look at repairing the item and with no hesitation they remade it and sent it back within days, even keeping the photo inside that I had put in there.
