DO NOT USE!!!!!If I could give them a minus 10 I would!Turned up to open the business and pozitive had cut the power???? Left behind a letter from Fulmar services which if you delve into is a sister company of theirs.....I rang to get them to forward me the warrant for gaining entry and guess what....Never received one! The funniest part of this is, the bill was not even ours it was foe a random amount not even close to our latest bill!!!! The only outstanding amount was a bill that was sent 1 week earlier!!! When contacting pozitive at first they tried to tell me it wasn't them...clearly! Then, when they finally did admit to it tried to tell me it would not be put back on for a week!! The power was put on after much arguing the next day late afternoon! After trying to contact Pozitive and them admitting they got the wrong bill and wrong company they have done nothing about the complaint, and will not supply me with a warrant that they supposedly had to enter the property!!! They cost my business time money that it will never get back because of their mistake!!DO NOT USE THEM.
