If i could give a 0 star review that would be more fitting of the kind of inept service provided by Pozitive Energy!!!We have the misfortune of being in contract with Pozitive for several of my high street office locations, it has been nothing but headache from the get go, the level of errors and overcharging has been simply unbelievable. It is impossible to get anything resolved with their customers services and you would need to be forensic accountant to be able to address and correct such errors they have created to the point they cant even adequately explain themselves, yet continue to over charge.For any businesses looking to switch, i suggest you move down to the next recommended supplier and very much look forward to the end of our contract with them, cant come soon enough!!!

Do not use this Company.I am no longer a micro business. I followed standard industry proceedure and notified Pe energy expecting them to update the national database. They refused without giving me a reasonable excuse. I asked them to follow there industry guidelines again no result. I am now in a position where at any time i can arrange another commercial energy contract but not a legal domestic contract. It is very important to get this changed as soon as possible as I will be breaking the law if i cannot arrange to transfer to a domestic contract in due course. It takes a long time to arrange investigate and move to a new supplier. PE energy can change this easily and the database would be updated in twenty four hours. My whole experience of PE energy is negative and i do not trust them in any way to help a customer. My whole experience of this company is a nightmare of firstly overcharging then refusing to refund the overpayment and then an unwillingness to help in any way what so ever. Now this senseless not wanting to follow energy guidlines on a change of status. They say that I can change after my contract with them has ended knowing full well that this is very bad for me as they leave me in a situation where one cannot find a new supplier in probably under a month. It makes no difference to PE Energy whether I am able to go to a domestic or commercial company when my contract expires with them. They seem to make arbitrary decisions that are not based on there own industry guidlines. They will not provide a legal reason behind the decision. All they seem to want to do is create a very harmful and negative affect on me the customer. All I want is to ensure that I can relax knowing that my status is correct and i can make future decisions in plenty of time.I warn everyone not to use this company unless they want a very bad experience of a most unhelpful energy Company who quite blatantly dis regard there own industry proceedural guidlines.

Absolute scum , do not go with this company , our tenant changed to this company without our consent and then moved out and they will not release us from there supply and keep sending us rediculas invoices for an empty property and won’t change now into new tenants name

Absolute scum. Apparently I'm due them money from an old account with some other company. I no longer live at the property or am even resident in the country. I sold the property 6 months ago and have done everything I can to resolve this but still they can't provide me with the final bill and just pester me with threats. I only now read the Trust Pilot reviews and can see others have had the exact same problem. I love the 5 star reviews on this, definitely not friends and family at all. Total low life scumbags in every possible way.

So wish I read about this company on Trust pilot before foolishly signing up . Need to terminate my contract and am happy to pay a exit fee but it seems they are trying to make this impossible. I have just cancelled my direct debit with them , suspect this is going to cause considerable issues , quite afraid . Am going to have to engage a solicitor unfortunately. From what I can make out by reading many reviews is that they are essentially a criminal enterprise . Do not under any circumstances use this company . Octopus seems to be the way to go or one of the bigger known UK companies.

Ms Vibhuti Sood and now Mr Simran Virk have been dealing with this account since May 2024. Am not going into detail as you will see the other bad reviews so mine is similar. Absolutely nothing has changes no progress no resolution. Absolutely disgraceful disgusting service from these clowns! After me wasting my time with dozens and dozens of emails and telephone calls.
