Just received a bill from Positive…wrong again

Just received a bill from Positive Energy for £120 for debt recovery charges. I don't have any debt as the mistake was there's with incorrect change over meter reading which we had to argue for a year. They had the photographs of the meter readings multiple times. They also keep sending me a years worth of bills from a smart meter when we have already paid them?
