If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I ordered four chairs that were supposed to be delivered in two packages on a Saturday. Instead of delivering them, I received an email claiming delivery was not possible and that the packages were left at a pickup location. This is completely false — I was at home the entire time, and the driver never even attempted to come to my address.I contacted PostNL immediately and was told they would escalate the issue to the driver’s manager and arrange proper delivery. When I called again to confirm when the packages would actually be delivered, I was told the opposite: that delivery was “not possible,” that I had to pick them up myself, and that otherwise the packages would be returned to the sender. No solution was offered, no accountability was taken — the representative simply repeated the same excuse over and over.This level of service is absolutely unacceptable. Falsely claiming a delivery attempt, refusing to correct the mistake, and providing zero customer support is beyond frustrating. This is an extremely poor and unreliable service, and I would strongly discourage anyone from relying on PostNL for delivery.
