Pathetic company

Pathetic company, doesn't even deserve a 1. They postponed delivery five times, and they still took the package to the collection point. There's a reason I pay extra for fast delivery just to wait and search for it longer than I should. Get a grip!

The absolute worst experience…

The absolute worst experience imaginable. Holding a package without shipping it for more than 2 weeks. Non existent customer service, idiotic chat bot and rude employees that have zero ability to speak English and no answers to your questions.

Terrible service

This is the worst postal service I’ve ever experienced. They loose packages all the time, there’s no help from their customer service what so ever. Parcels are being stolen and nobody cares. They drop them whenever they like, it can end up in another town, not just at the closest post office. It often feels like it’s better to drive 50 kilometres to the nearest store and pick it up yourself than use their service. This is so stupid! How such a developed country can possibly have such a horrible service!

Horrible, horrible, horrible

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I ordered four chairs that were supposed to be delivered in two packages on a Saturday. Instead of delivering them, I received an email claiming delivery was not possible and that the packages were left at a pickup location. This is completely false — I was at home the entire time, and the driver never even attempted to come to my address.I contacted PostNL immediately and was told they would escalate the issue to the driver’s manager and arrange proper delivery. When I called again to confirm when the packages would actually be delivered, I was told the opposite: that delivery was “not possible,” that I had to pick them up myself, and that otherwise the packages would be returned to the sender. No solution was offered, no accountability was taken — the representative simply repeated the same excuse over and over.This level of service is absolutely unacceptable. Falsely claiming a delivery attempt, refusing to correct the mistake, and providing zero customer support is beyond frustrating. This is an extremely poor and unreliable service, and I would strongly discourage anyone from relying on PostNL for delivery.

In a country that everything just "works" (supposedly) post NL makes a really good reminding us that this is a fairy tale. 3 world country postal services, and honestly, nobody seems to care.

Information about delivery time changes all the time. They were supposed to deliver yesterday, then they couldn't, they promised to deliver today, and today they say they're gonna deliver tomorrow. Really disappointed.

Chosen Post NL and regretting it for…

Chosen Post NL and regretting it for lifetime. I sent parcel to India and its been lingering around with India post as its been chosen by them as their partner in India. It's been over 2 months and Post NL customer support is pathetic they just don't want to help any further and asking to reach out to India Post.
