Saturday, November 4, 11:34 I receive a message on the Post Nl application that the postman has delivered my parcel to my home. I'm at home, I have 3 cameras outside the street and it turns out that there was no postman at that hour. The cameras recorded the postman at 10:23, but I can't remember. On November 4, I called the Polish Parliament at 12 noon to ask what happened to my parcel. The lady asked me to wait until the end of the day. Today is November 9, I call Post Nl and the lady tells me that I should file a complaint on the website. I want to file a complaint, but boot Post Nl is unable to talk to a person and tells me to file a complaint by phone. Of course, I am fighting to get my money back at the moment
