This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a parcel service. My package is lost, and I was told it was my fault for requesting compensation, which I barely received. The package was valued at 60 euros, plus additional compensation for being lost and delayed, yet I only received 12.60. I faced rude treatment, and they falsely claimed they called me. The staff should really reconsider their attitude towards customers. There are no repercussions for their behavior. If possible, choose another delivery service; this has been a nightmare.
