Packages lost and consistently delayed

This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a parcel service. My package is lost, and I was told it was my fault for requesting compensation, which I barely received. The package was valued at 60 euros, plus additional compensation for being lost and delayed, yet I only received 12.60. I faced rude treatment, and they falsely claimed they called me. The staff should really reconsider their attitude towards customers. There are no repercussions for their behavior. If possible, choose another delivery service; this has been a nightmare.

An incredibly frustrating experience

I truly cannot comprehend how this company continues to operate. They consistently fail to deliver packages, claiming attempts were made even when nobody was home. Their staff is rude and dismissive, treating customers poorly. They don’t seem to have any apologies in their business approach. I hope a more competent company takes their place, but unfortunately, we still have to receive certain official mail through them.

From reliable to utterly unreliable

This company has gone from being reliable to becoming one of the worst delivery services in the area. They no longer deliver packages to home addresses, instead opting for the local post office, where you often wait over an hour due to insufficient staff. Even when selecting a parcel locker, the package still gets sent to the post office. They should really be shut down, as private couriers are far more efficient.

Extensive wait for delivery

The wait for my package has been excessively long—over 37 days for a distance of just 155 km. In the end, it wasn’t even delivered to my address but to a location 7 km away. The shipment was sent as registered mail.

Consistently delayed deliveries

Deliveries are constantly delayed. I frequently order online, and while delivery from Germany to my location usually takes a maximum of 2 days, receiving it within the country takes at least 7-10 days. It’s very unprofessional, and I believe the online retailer should reconsider their partnership with them.

Quality is deteriorating

The service is just getting worse and worse. They didn’t even ring the buzzer, and I received no slips to pick up my package at the post office. Instead, there were just vague blue slips indicating that a parcel I wasn't aware of was being returned. It feels like a postal system from the Stone Age.

A national disgrace that should be shut down

Packages get lost, deliveries are delayed, and important letters often arrive late or not at all. When trying to contact customer support, the lines are always busy, and tracking information is often inaccurate. Delivery notices are left even when no attempt was made. This is a disgrace for a national service.
